Golden Sinar Sakti, Tbk, especially Citric Acid Monohydrate Warehouse Division. The research design used is a quantitative associative method. The data used in this study are primary data, and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling—methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that there is a positive relationship between communication, leadership style, and employee performance at PT. Golden Sinar Sakti, Tbk. The correlation value reached 66.7 percent for the communication variable and 62.6 percent for the leadership style variable. Besides, from the aspect of influence, communication and leadership positively affect employee performance. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Multiple Linear Regression and Correlation Test. The results show that the constant value is 2,960, which means that if the communication and motivation variables do not change or are almost close to 0, the work performance created is 2,960. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of reward and punishment on employee work discipline, to analyze the impact of reward on employee work discipline, to analyze the impact of punishment on employee work discipline, and to analyze the effect of reward and punishment partially and simultaneously on employee work discipline at PT Valve Automation Indonesia. The research design used is descriptive, quantitative, and associative methods, namely knowing the relationship between two or more variables, variable x1 (reward) and variable x2 (punishment) with symptoms or other variables, y (employee work discipline) at PT Valve Automation Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression and multiple correlation coefficient analysis. Based on this research, the value of multiple regression analysis is obtained y = 5.091-0.487x1 + 0.385x2, which means that there is a positive relationship between giving rewards and punishments to the work discipline of PT Valve Automation Indonesia employees. Partially, there is a significant influence between reward and punishment with a significance value of 0.023 <0.05 and 0.013 <0.05 with a strong level of relationship based on the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.630 and 0.642. Based on the data analysis results, partially, the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Return on equity has a significant impact on stock prices with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. based on the t-test results, the inflation variable has a significant effect on stock returns. The interest rate variable is having a substantial impact on stock returns. The variable rupiah exchange rate is having a considerable impact on stock returns. The f test results show that inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate simultaneously significantly affect stock returns on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2012-2018.
