Peningkatan Kreativitas, Kapabilitas Inovasi, dan Keunggulan Bersaing melalui Pendekatan Quintuple Helix: Studi Pada Industri Sektor Kuliner di Kota Tangerang Selatan
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to explore the effect of the Quadruple Helix on competitive advantage through creativity and innovation capabilities in the creative economy sector in South Tangerang City. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23 was operated to test the research model with a sample of 135 respondents. The findings of this study reveal that the Quintuple helix (Intellectual, Government, Business, Civil society, and Environment) has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Creativity and innovation capability also positively and significantly impact competitive advantage. In addition, the findings in this study show that creativity and innovation capability can mediate between the quintuple helix relationship and competitive advantage. This study contributes to the existing literature by investigating the quadruple helix concept in increasing competitive advantage.
