Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Sistem Dari Perspektif Pengguna Dengan Model Delone Dan Mclean (Studi Kasus : Sistem MIGSYS PT. Mitramas Infosys Global)

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and analyze the satisfaction of the MIGSYS system based on the Information System Success Model proposed by DeLone and McLean on the MIGSYS information system of PT. MITRAMAS INFOSYS GLOBAL. The variables used in this study are system quality, information quality and user satisfaction. The object of this research is the MIGSYS information system used by PT. MITRAMAS INFOSYS GLOBAL in carrying out its business activities and the subject of this research are all users of the MIGSYS system. This study applies the theory proposed by DeLone and McLean about the success of information systems. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, the quality of the system and the quality of information had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the MIGSYS system. Partially, the quality of the system has a negatif   and   insignificant   effect   on   user   decisions. The information quality variable has a positive and significant effect on system user decisions.
