Model Pengembangan Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Technoprneurship Pada Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Koja Jakarta Utara
Human resource development plays an important role in increasing organizational competitiveness, especially in the current era. Through training and coaching employees can develop knowledge, skills, work abilities and develop potential. Human resource development is also very necessary for the advancement of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because the indicator of the success of a business is not only seen from its skills but also requires good human resource planning. Through technopreneur-based training, the North Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-Department acts as a facilitator and entrepreneurship companion in order to develop the ability and business progress of MSME actors to be technology literate. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the training methods applied, how the technological aspects were applied and the level of effectiveness of the training by the North Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-Department. The data analysis technique used by the author is qualitative data analysis with a case study approach where the data is collected by interviewing resource persons, studying and reviewing information data on technopreneur-based training and linking it to entrepreneurship training held by the North Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-Department, especially in Koja District, after The data was analyzed by calculating the level of effectiveness of the training using a simple tabulation analysis and the weighted average was calculated by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors who took part in digital-based training held by the North Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-Department.
