Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Klinik Pratama Rawat Jalan Bhakti Jaya
This study analyzes the influence of leadership styles and internal communication on employee performance at Bhakti Jaya Outpatient Primary Clinic. In this study, the population used was 35 respondents. This research design uses descriptive, quantitative research methods with associative approaches and techniques for data collection of field research and literature research. Sampling techniques use saturated samples where all populations are sampled. The analytical methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis model, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, with hypothesis testing i.e., partial test (T-test), simultaneous test (test F) and with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program version 22. The T-test results showed that leadership style significantly affects employee performance, while internal communication has no effect on employee performance. Leadership style and internal communication simultaneously affect employee performance. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination of leadership style and internal communication, the effect on employee performance was 67.4%. At the same time, 32.6% of employee performance was influenced by other factors outside of this study.
