RUSTIC: Jurnal Arsitektur is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Architecture Program of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan (ITB-AD). This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing an article in a journal, including the author, editor-in-chief, editorial board, reviewers and publisher.

EDITORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The RUSTIC editor is responsible for deciding which articles are suitable for publication through editorial board meetings after receiving recommendations from the reviewer's assessment results.
2. In the article acceptance process, the editorial team decides based on the principle of equal treatment.
3. In the journal review process and decision making for publication (articles), the editorial team does not differentiate between the race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality or political ideology of the author.
4. The editor and editorial team will not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts or articles except with permission from the author.
5. Manuscripts (articles) that are not published after being submitted will not be used for the editor's own research and will be returned directly to the author.

REVIEWER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts/articles.

1. Reviewers are responsible for the recommendations of the articles reviewed
2. Manuscript review is carried out objectively, and is supported by clear arguments.
3. Reviewers are responsible for quotations, references and plagiarism in the articles reviewed.
4. Reviewers keep information confidential for personal gain.

AUTHOR'S RESPONSIBILITY

1. The authors are obligated to submit articles resulting from their research clearly, honestly, and without plagiarism or data manipulation.
2. Plagiarism (similarity index) must be <=20%.
3. Corresponding author is responsible for the confirmation submitted for the article that has been written.
4. Authors must comply with publication requirements in the form of originality of work, no plagiarism, and never been published in a journal or other publication.
5. The author must indicate references to the opinions and works of other people quoted.
6. Authors must write manuscripts or articles ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.
7. Authors are prohibited from sending/publishing the same article to more than one journal or publication.
8. The author does not mind if the text undergoes editing without changing the substance or main idea of ​​the writing.
9. Authors must fill in the copyright form which has been provided by RUSTIC: Jurnal Arsitektur and can be downloaded.

PUBLISHER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The Architecture Program of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan (ITB-AD) as the publisher of the RUSTIC: Jurnal Arsitektur is responsible for publishing articles that have gone through the editing, peer review and layout processes in accordance with the Scientific Journal publishing rules.
2. The Architecture Program of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan (ITB-AD) is responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties.
3. The Architecture Program of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan (ITB-AD) is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.
