Abstract

ABSTRACT

The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Cyberloafingon Behavior Employee Performance at PT. Astari Niagara partial or simultaneous, This research was conducted at PT. Astari Niagara. The population in this research are employees of PT. Astari Niagara, totaling 40 people. This research uses saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is selected to be the source. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the hypothesis test for the Organizational Commitment variable with a t-valuecount of 5.175 and a t-table of 2.026. Because tcount is greater than ttable, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which means it can be interpreted that there is a significant impact between Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. As for the Behavior variable Cyberloafing 3.607, the t-value iscount and the t-table is 2.026. Because tcount is greater than ttable, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Which means that it can be interpreted that there is a significant impact between Cyberloafing Behavior on Employee Performance. And the results of the F test prove that the F value iscalculated 32,263 > Ftable of 3.23. So it can be said that Organizational Commitment and Cyberloafing Behavior simultaneous or together can affect the Performance of Employees of PT. Astari Niagara.
