Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Astari Niagara. The population in this study is pt. Astari Niagara, which numbers 40 people. This research uses saturated sampling, meaning that the entire population is selected as the source.  The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the studi for the Organizational Commitment variable with a calculated t value of 5.175 and atable t  of 2.026. Because tcount is greater > than tof the table, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.  Which means that it can be interpreted as a significant impact between the Organization's Commitment to Employee Performance. As for the Cyberloafing Behavior variable  with a calculated t value of 3,607 and atable t  of 2,026. Because tcount is greater > than tof the table, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.  Which means that it can be interpreted as a significant impact between Cyberloafing Behavior  on Employee Performance. And the F test results prove the calculated F value of 32,263 > F of the table is 3.23.  So it can be said that Organizational Commitment and Cyberloafing Behavior simultaneously or together can affect the Performance of PT Employees.
