Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial Dan Job Insecurity Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Willson Surya Unggul Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of social support and job insecurity on employee performance at PT. Willson Surya Unggul amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design employs a Quantitative Method with an Associative approach, and data collection techniques include Library Research and Field Research. Data collection technique utilizes Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling consisting of 78 respondents who are employees of PT. Willson Surya Unggul with an average age of 20-30 years old. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM is a structural equation model to develop or predict existing theories. This equation model is divided into 2 parts: the outer equation model and the inner equation model, along with hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that Social Support has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Willson Surya Unggul with a coefficient path of 0.422, a T-Statistic value of 4.175 (greater than >1.96), and a P-Value of 0.000. It is also found that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Willson Surya Unggul with a coefficient path of 0.414, a T-Statistic value of 4.884 (greater than >1.96), and a P-Value of 0.000. Therefore, it can be said that Social Support and Job Insecurity have a significantly positive influence on employee performance at PT. Willson Surya Unggul.
