Pengaruh Pelatihan Berbasis TNA (Training Need Analysis) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Talenta Anugerah Pratama Tangerang
Abstract
In an era of increasingly fierce global competition, the success of an organization is largely determined by the ability to manage and utilize its human resources. And therefore, human resources management becomes very important in helping organizations achieve their goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence training-based TNA and competence on employee performance at PT Talenta Anugerah Pratama. The population in this study was 169 people and used probability sampling with simple random sampling method with the number of samples obtained as many as 63 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and library data. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that training-based TNA and competence simultaneously affect employee performance as indicated by the significance level of F < ɑ (0.001 < 0.05) and R-square of 0.727. This means that the employee performance variable is explained by the training-based TNA and competency variable 72.7%. While the remaining 27.3% is explained by other variables outside this study. Partially, training-based TNA has a significant effect on employee performance of 4.605 and competence has a significant effect on employee performance of 6.742.
