Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the theory of 8 habits of highly effective people and work culture on employee performance at PT. Global Mandiri Inti. Research data was obtained through filling out questionnaires by 53 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach with associative properties, while data analysis involves testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and t test. The analysis process was carried out using SPSS V.24 software. The research results show that the theory of 8 habits of highly effective people has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, with a calculated t value of 2.273 which is greater than the t table of 2.008, and a significance level of 0.009 which is smaller than 0.05, and work culture also provides positive and significant influence on employee performance, shown by the calculated t value of 3.868 which is greater than the t table of 2.008, as well as a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. In conclusion, the theory of 8 habits of highly effective people and work culture influence employee performance.
